If I don't do 3D, I do 2D! More photoshop fun. Some of these are actually photos done by Daniel Camer. Great fotographer and a cool guy. Check out his website if you're interested http://www.danielfotografie.ca/
Here is Daniel's work with my take on it:
He liked it ![]()

I found a really nice tut on interior design, in this case chairs. Great explanation on modeling and material use. Also some fur usage which I've never done before. Sadly render time is absurd. Took me 1hour 35 mins to get this one done - and it's just a still shot! (stupidfur) Usually I get renders done in like 6-10 mins. Oh well, here is thefinal result and I think it looks near damn good.
Really neat design, clean look. Thanks to the author for providing this tut. Here is the actual link to the tutorial:

PS Think I found a fix to render time issue......am work can make you do silly mistakes

Bored - hate when that happens. Sitting home with nothing fun to do? Don't know what will kill time? No, not video games...Get photoshop! I love to just sit down and start making random things in photoshop. Some of them turn out good, some not. It's not only a time killer, it's a great way to explore the software itself, following tuts on the internet or just going pure freestyle
These might look complicated, but it's as easy as downloading different sets of brushes and clicking....clicking....clicking...oh and did I mention using your brain?

I was hanging out with my friend tonight, and while flipping through a magazine, I stumbled across a wrist watch ad. It looked really nice and catchy, with dark colors and reflections. First thing that popped in my head was - I can do this! So I got home and started figuring out how can I make a wrist watch in 3d. Couple of days later (took me like 3-4 hours of actual work time) I came up with this.
Original design ( love photoshop ), really simple watch. Wanted to make a near black leather strap, but bump mapping that really wasn't working out to my likings. I ended up with a really thick cloth material ( something along army jacket cloth ) that is bendable, but not too soft. All in all I think it looks alright, although some things could have been done better.
Oh and if you want you can buy it and make them in real life ![]()
